Leg Up (legup.ie) is an online directory of equine service providers and breeding stallions operating in Ireland. We are a directory service only and do not provide equine services directly.
2. Directory Listings
Leg Up does not endorse or guarantee any listed professional. All listing information is provided by the service providers themselves. Any engagement between a user and a listed professional is entirely at the user's own risk.
3. Listing Submissions
By submitting your details you confirm the information is accurate and that you hold all necessary qualifications and insurances. Leg Up reserves the right to remove any listing at any time and to introduce subscription fees with reasonable notice.
4. Limitation of Liability
Leg Up shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the App or reliance on any listing. In the event of a data breach, Leg Up's liability is limited to taking reasonable steps to notify affected users. We do not store payment card details.

What Data We Collect
We collect business name, contact name, phone number, email address and county submitted via the Add My Business form. We also collect anonymised usage data via Google Analytics.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to display your listing publicly on Leg Up and to contact you regarding your listing or subscription.
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase with servers within the European Union, in compliance with GDPR.
Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. Contact admin.legup@gmail.com within 30 days. You may also contact the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
